Advance Tomorrow Through Today's Gift

1. Donors are required to complete and print the online form, then mail it along with their check to the following address:

   201 B South Cherry Street
   Keytesville, MO 65261
   

2. Make check payable to: CCCF/Keytesville Alumni Association

3. CCCF will provide the donor with official legal written confirmation of the donation and the donation amount.

4. A minimum donation of $50 is required for Keytesville Alumni Association.
